I am new here. But I thought people might be interesting reading about me and my cooking. Well maybe nobody is interested. But that is fine too. I do this for myself.
The days are long....so why not
I cook. No I cook a lot. I love to cook. Lunches and dinners. And no, i am not a professional cook. I do this fro myself. Even though I should make it my profession, as I invite many people and they all like my creations. Yes I would call them creations as they are written in no cooking book.
I have passed those days.
It all started with pasta, as a student. Now I do anything.
I also collect wines and everything that has anything to do with cooking. Cooking ware, spices, and knifes. You think i am crazy. Certainly not, but I am passionate.
So well I think I will sometimes put some recipes here of mine too. Maybe. I have to copy them from my hand written booklet.
Let's see how this will turn out. My electronic agenda friend.
